This mysterious lizard pattern appears to have come from Israel. Little is known about it other than the fact there are at least two colorways, the one shown on this page and another browner/tanner one, that some examples have 1980’s era Israeli Defense Force patches (source: https://iacmc.forumotion.com/t4316-israeli-camouflage-shirt-unusual-pattern), and a very similar pattern is seen in photographs of commandos involved in the Entebbe Raid (1976).
