Child’s Souvenir Flight Suit
Very small since it’s for a child. Likely a souvenir brought back by a US Air Force advisor stationed in Thailand. Green phantom patch represents F4 Phantom.

Jacket is fully reversible between olive drab ripstop (jungle fatigue material, outside) and Thai Tiger Stripe (inside). Slash pockets are located at the same location on each side.
