This internal frame rucksack appears to be a based on the Berghaus Vulcan design. The exact product number is unknown.

There might have been side cylinders that zipped on like the original Vulcan rucksack, but those were not found with this particular item.

Meaning of white markings is unknown, but possibly for nighttime visibility like “Cat’s Eyes” or “Follow Me” markings on the back of some US Army headwear.
